gentle yoga

A slower-paced practice to energize and relax the body while quieting our mind and calming the nervous system.

This 60-minute class offers breathwork and poses for stretching, strengthening, and increasing balance, bone density, and flexibility. Gentle yoga is an invitation to unwind. It helps alleviate stress and anxiety and promotes inner peace while learning/refining the fundamentals of yoga.

Tuesdays, I will not be teaching full-time, only subbing occasionally. Wednesday classes as normal and appropriate for all levels and beginner-friendly.

A slow-paced yoga practice combining meditation, yoga poses, and mindfulness. We focus on breath, sensations in the body, the flow of energy, and quieting the mind. There will be various seated, standing, and supine poses for stretching, balance, and breath awareness.

Gentle yoga is an invitation to relax and unwind. It helps alleviate stress and anxiety and promotes inner peace.

Appropriate for all levels and beginner-friendly.
