Four hours dedicated to movement, rest, creativity, reading, walking, and dreaming—what a rich tapestry of activities for nourishing the mind and soul. And woven through it all, the power of silence, guiding each participant on a graceful journey moving at their own pace throughout the day.
Less than an hour's drive from Washington, DC, Dayspring Retreat Center offers you the opportunity to take a break from your everyday life while enjoying the silence of nature. With 210 acres of rolling forests and fields to explore, you may wander the paths, rest by ponds and streams, reflect on a bench, or nap on a blanket in the grass.
The Lodge, overlooking the meadows, is also available. It has a lovely sitting room with a fireplace and a small library, a kitchen where you can refrigerate your packed lunch and drinks, and a dining room—a welcome break from technology!
