Thank you for a fantastic 2024!

As 2024 wraps up, I’m grateful for the incredible events and workshops I’ve been privileged to host and participate in. Highlights include our 2024 Women’s Retreat in November, which was an inspiring and rejuvenating time!

I’m spending the rest of 2024 with family and dreaming and scheming for what’s to come in 2025. Exciting things are in the works, and I can’t wait to share them with you!

I head to California soon and will teach a beach yoga class on 1/19/25.
